We bake in small batches and ship weekly! Your estimated delivery date is indicated at the time of checkout, and in your confirmation email.

We continually evaluate factors such as weather conditions and logistics performance to determine optimal shipping dates so that your order is shipped and delivered as safely as possible.
We take enormous pride in our cheesecakes and strive to deliver them in the best possible condition. Our cheesecakes are baked in small batches, flash frozen, then shipped with ice packs in a recyclable insulated liner.
Orders are released without signature required. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will incur an additional charge at checkout. Sorry y’all!
How to Eat
Arrival: Your cheesecakes will arrive thawed. Upon arrival, place your cheesecakes in the freezer. They’ll stay fresh in the freezer for up to 9 months.
Serve thawed: Plate from frozen. Then, sit them out at room temperature for 15 minutes to achieve a classic consistency.
Serve frozen: Grab ’em out of the freezer like an ice cream sandwich — perfect for eating with your hands!
Serving Size
Each cheesecake is 99g and 3″ in diameter — a restaurant sized order. Toppings optional!
